Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on shop.iquantumlaser.com from iQuantum Laser Equipment, S.L.

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for the exceptions provided by law. No reason needs to be given.

To exercise it, email info@iquantumlaser.com stating: full name, order number, the product you wish to return, date of receipt and your express decision to withdraw.

2. Return

Once the withdrawal has been notified, the product must be returned within the following 14 calendar days. Unless the law provides otherwise, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

The product must be returned complete and in suitable condition. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

3. Defective or non-conforming products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, or one that does not match your order, email info@iquantumlaser.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. Products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is due following a withdrawal, we will refund the payments received without undue delay and, as a general rule, within 14 calendar days of the notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied proof of having sent it. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Size exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product under this policy and place a new order in the correct size.
